My chest and tricep overload workout is my favorite workout of the week. I love the pump I get from these exercises and I am very strict with taking my Muscle Junkie Insane Whey after this workout for lean muscle recovery and muscle growth.

Chest day with triceps finisher
Incline barbell press warmup, 3sets 10-15 reps
Dumbbell incline bench press (4sets, 10-12 reps)
Flat bench dumbbell press (4sets, 10-12 reps)
Decline bench dumbbell press (4 sets, 10-12reps)
Cable flyers 4 sets 10-12 reps

Superset dips with incline skull crushers 3 sets 10-12 reps
Superset cable triceps curl with straight bar skull crushers 3 sets 10-12 reps
